Digital Download & Refund Policy

At PROJETO STACK, all products are delivered as digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download or delivery process has begun.

Digital Delivery

After successful payment, your purchased files will be made available for immediate download or delivered electronically.

By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate digital delivery.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied electronically once delivery has begun, provided that:

• you expressly consent to immediate delivery; and
• you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

By purchasing and downloading our products, you provide this consent.
