Important: This is a Next.js support ticket system. The project includes a serverless PostgreSQL database schema and REST API endpoints for ticket management. 

The public ticket workflow is functional, while the agent dashboard is intentionally unauthenticated in this starter kit. Mutating actions require an ADMIN_SECRET, but you should add authentication or network protection to the /deskroutes before deploying to production. The project does not include SSO, role-based access control, email notifications, file attachments, live chat, knowledge base functionality or SLA management.
